How we put our prices together

How our price guide is put together

• Each range runs from the lowest to the highest price we hold for that kind of work in Ireland, in euro.
• We don't pad ranges or make up averages, reviews or customer numbers.
• Measurements are standard kitchen planning figures.
• Rules on planning, electrical and gas work are checked against the public body's own guidance.

Example kitchens

Each example is labelled "Example preview made with our tool". The before photo is a real kitchen, credited on our photo credits page; the after is what our tool drew. We never present one as a finished job.

The county pages

Written from each county's own figures in the CSO's Census 2022 and its count of new homes finished in 2025. Shares are our arithmetic.
