Who runs this site

Kitchen Redesign is run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland. We pass kitchen requests to one kitchen fitter who covers your area. Contact: privacy@kitchenredesign.ie.

When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local company that covers your area. They price the job and do the work, and they may pay us a fee for the introduction.

What we collect

If you use the Redesign Studio: your first name, mobile number, county and (if you give it) town, the choices you make, and what you type to the AI designer. Your photo is made smaller in your browser and sent through our server to Google's Gemini service, which draws the design. If you tap Get this kitchen priced, your photo and the final design are stored, encrypted, with your request so the fitter can see them; otherwise we don't keep them. If you use the quote form: your phone number and, if you give them, your name, your area or Eircode, your answers (what you want to change, the layout now, where you are with it) and a short message. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to pass your request to one kitchen fitter who covers your area, so they can contact you about the kitchen, and to text you the design you made in our Studio. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the Studio or sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

One kitchen fitter who covers your area. They deal with you directly and are responsible for your details from that point. Your photo goes to Google's Gemini service only to draw the design. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Analytics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing privacy@kitchenredesign.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
